What's included in the rates?

• Latest model vehicles.
• Unlimited mileage.
• First additional driver.
• Public liability covers for the drivers.
• Third party liability cover.
• Collision damage waiver liability (CDW) (€300 excess for all the groups).
• Airport surcharges.
• All local taxes.
• Free 24 backup service.
• Delivery and drop off at airports & rental Stations during normal working hours.

What's not included in the rates?

• Personal accident insurance (PAI)
• Negligent damage to the vehicle.
• Fuel
• Road Tolls, parking and traffic fines.
• Out-of-hours charge
• Optional extras such as child seats and roof racks etc.
• The insurance does not cover: Tire and wheel damage, interior damage, damage to the roof, damage to the underside of the vehicle, damage to the glass parts of vehicle (including the windscreen), loss or damage to the car key, locks, vehicle documents and registration plates. (We offer extra insurance €4 per day to cover this). Any unnoticed accident or damage to the vehicle may be interpreted as negligence. This may result in a charge to the client.

Extra Charges

• An additional driver is free any further additional driver €4 per day
• Out of hours deliveries: €15
• Deliveries anywhere else except airports and Limassol: €15
• Baby seats and booster seats: €4per day
• One way rentals: €15
• Extra insurance (W.U.G): €4 per day
• Sat Navigation €10 per day

Damage to Vehicles
A damage report must be completed by the driver for any damage to the vehicle, however minor it is. If a collision occurs, a police report and case number must also be supplied when returning the vehicle. We strongly advise clients to contact our Office in the event of any damage. If this procedure is not followed, the insurance cover could become invalidated, leaving clients liable for all damage.

Insurance
€300 excess for all the groups. The insurance does not cover also tyre and wheel damage, interior damage, damage to the roof, damage to the underside of the vehicle, damage to the glass parts of vehicle (including the windscreen), loss or damage to the car key, locks, vehicle documents and registration plates. Personal injury and personal effects are NOT covered; however these are normally covered by the customer travel insurance policy.

Important
The insurance becomes INVALID if anyone whose name is not on the contract drives the vehicle, also if vehicles are loaded with more passengers than their stated capacity; or if drivers are found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Insurance cover will also lapse in the event of negligence, for example if vehicles are taken off road.

Border Exit
Insurance is invalid if they take the car at the north part of Cyprus.

Deliveries:
Kyprexxo Car rentals deliver cars at the following destinations:

• Laranca Airport
• Larnaca City
• Paphos Airport
• Paphos City
• Pissouri
• Limassol City
• Limassol Port

The services for all the destinations above operate from 07:00 until 20:00 HRS Monday to Sunday.

Out of hour charges
Customers can be met and cars supplied outside normal working hours. However, we charge €15, for "out of hour" service. In the event that a flight/ ferry is delayed or any other reason causing the car pick-up to fall outside normal working hours, the additional charge will be made locally.

Driver requirements
Minimum age of driver is 22 years. Drivers under 25 years have to have had a valid driver's license for minimum 3 years. Maximum age of driver is 99 years. Driver's license: driver must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year. International driver’s license is required for non EU citizens or if the license is not in Latin letters.

Fuel
Clients must pay for a full tank of fuel on collection and return the vehicle empty.

Payments:
The following credit cards are accepted: Master/ Euro card, VISA, AMEX. A valid credit card in the name of the main driver must be presented as guarantee for the rental. Please note that all payments locally will be in €.
